Tile Colour
Mechanical Property of the Tiles
The Tiles can withstand upto 20 M.T. of load when the base mortar is properly made and laid. The compressive strength of the Tile is around 450 kgf/cm².

Dramatical property of the Tiles
The Contour and the aesthetic designs are possible only in the designer concrete tiles due to the use of designer rubber moulds for every design.

Composition of Material
Cement, Sand and Gravel in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 2, Colour Pigments, Hardener, Lacor Coating materials are used.

Thickness of Grooves
23 mm for Floor Tiles and 12 mm for Wall Tiles and varies depends on the designs. The Grooves are 1mm to 5 mm depending on the designs and shapes.

Durability
Used best composition of concrete materials and maintaining 23mm thickness, which gives more strength and durability to the tiles.

Colour Stability
Used UV stabilized imported colour pigments. Hence, colour stability is much more than any other tiles.

First layer of around 6 mm to 8 mm contains White cement, colour pigments, Hardener, Aggregates and second layer of around 12 mm to 14 mm containing Gray cement, Hardener and Aggregates.

Durability of Lacor - Lacor is applied on the surface of the tiles to arrest the porosity of the concrete tiles. It closes the micro holes in the surface area and avoids penetration of stains. The manufacturing process of designer concrete tiles will vary from normal pressed chequered tiles, like using of rubber moulds for every design of tile, compaction method, and thermostat curing for better strength, which relatively cost more than the normal chequered pressed tiles.

Mechanical Property of the Heavy Duty Pavers
The pavers can withstand upto 30 and 40 M.T. of load when the compacted san base is properly made and laid.

Dramatical property of the Heavy Duty Pavers
The aesthetic designs are possible due to use of moulds for every design, which is not possible in natural tile or ceramic tiles.

Composition of Material
Gravel, Sand, Cement, colour pigments and hardness materials are used.

Compressive Strength
300 Kgf/Sq.cm and 400 Kgf/Sq.cm for 60mm and 80mm respectively.

Durability
We are using best composition of concrete materials and maintaining thickness, whichn gives more strength and durability to the tiles.

Colour Stability
We are using UV Stabilized imported colour pigments. Hence, Colour stability is much more than any other heavy-duty tiles.
